use Winsubtitler?
Winsubtitler is the most efficient subtitle tool! Based on SUBmax's experiences, improved for easier and professional work, gives a good efectiveness for the usage of subs. Does it without nasty errors and does it fast! Winsubtitler is a subtitle/caption editor, manipulator, adjuster, player...! All in one! Can I use Winsubtitler freely? No! Winsubtitler is shareware program after releasing! You can try it till 30 days from the installation but after you have to pay it. Look the 'Register' section for detailed information. How does Winsubtitler detect the format of subtitle? Winsubtitler detects subtitle format from inside of subtitle. Can I change the subtitle frame rate? Yes. This function is implemented to the program. For example, if you want to change the frame rate of a MicroDVD subtitle, load the file and the program asks the input frame rate. After it, save the new subtitle with the new frame rate. Can I adjust the subtitle to movie? to a movie! Can I search all subtitles on my drive? Yes, 'Batch mode' is implemented. It doesn't work within archives. Am I able to see the movie underlined on full screen? Yes! The program supports this function too. Even you can see the subtitles transparently, and the program supports the image(rendered) subtitles also during playing. If your language is ablolutely not translated yet (look it before), translate it, send it, and you will get bonus from the fee. Can I use unicode characters? No, not implemented yet.
